Danielle Ciffone (she/her), LCSW, LCAS
Outpatient Psychotherapist in East Raleigh
Works with ages 3-17, 30+
Danielle strives to create a safe, non-judgmental and validating environment that allows individuals to explore emotions, thoughts and life stressors. She is qualified and skilled to work with children & adolescents who have experienced trauma, mood disorders, attachment disorders, and adjustment disorders. Additionally, she is passionate in working with substance use disorders in adults- past or present. Often times, substance use disorders stem from childhood trauma, making her a wonderful candidate for processing both experiences.
Along with unconditional positive regard, Danielle utilizes modalities such as motivational interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She has her LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCAS (Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist), and RPT (Registered Play Therapy) Certification.

Working from a client-centered and strength-based perspective, she continuously reminds clients of their capabilities and accomplishments. Danielle is looking forward to meeting you!
