Hannah Graham (she/her), MSW, LCSWA

Outpatient Psychotherapist in Garner

Works with ages 17-80

Hi! I’m Hannah (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and an Outpatient Psychotherapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness. I learned my skills while completing my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees at NC State University (go pack!). I have experience with a diverse group of populations from my work at Three Oaks as well as previous experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting. As an outpatient psychotherapist, I aim to provide compassionate and empathetic care. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and your lived experience and I am here to walk alongside you to make positive change in your life. One of my mottos that continues to guide my work as a therapist is “At the end of every day, people deserve to know that they are seen, heard, and loved”.

I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe and secure to process and heal. I have a person-centered, strengths-based and trauma informed approach to therapy. I like to incorporate mindfulness practices, coping skills, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), talk therapy, and motivational interviewing in my clinical practice, while building upon your strengths. I am excited to be working with older adolescents and adults of all ages at Three Oaks!

All are welcome and safe in this space. I look forward to working with clients on boundary setting, attachment theory, symptoms of depression and anxiety, adjustment to life changes, mindfulness, managing life stressors, parenting stressors, family issues, healing from childhood wounds, and academic stressors. I also enjoy working with individuals who have been affected by the criminal justice system in any way and individuals who are looking for Christian/faith-based therapy. In my free time, I really enjoy going to the beach, going to NCSU football games, cooking, traveling, and spending lots of time with my friends, family, and my dog!
