Bethany Keeler (she/her), MSW, LCSWA

Bethany (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA-PO16652) and an Outpatient Psychotherapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness in Apex. Bethany received her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Campbell University and Master of Social Work degree from North Carolina State University.

Bethany is passionate about providing individualized care and utilizes a person-centered approach to therapy. She uses evidenced-based treatment models including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and works with ages 17+. Bethany’s clinical focuses include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, disordered eating, life transitions, those navigating interpersonal conflict, and setting boundaries.

When Bethany is not working, she enjoys spending time reading, doing paint-by numbers, and taking naps!
