Ron is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (8464), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (3020), and an outpatient therapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Martin’s University and received his Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Ron is also a nationally rostered Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.
Ron has a solid history of serving people with severe and persistent challenges in the inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, residential treatment, and outpatient settings. Ron currently serves both adults and adolescents who are facing an array of adversities, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and other trials across the lifespan. Ron uses a person-centered approach to partnering with people as he believes wellness management best occurs with both psychological and emotional resolution.
Also, Ron has expertise in addressing alcohol and drug addiction and many vulnerabilities associated with recovery. Ultimately, Ron’s approach is highly focused on individual balance, particularly when a person has been thrown off, has been having difficulties with coping, or has been struggling with life situations effectively. Addressing the complexities of addicted-related behaviors is a psychological, emotional, and spiritual journey that Ron enjoys.
When Ron is not working, he is always out doing something and having fun. He enjoys spending time with family going on day hikes, backpacking trips, and traveling. Ron also enjoys playing video games and riding motorcycles. Ron looks forward to getting to know you and working with you.
