Exploring Self Through Family of Origin
By exploring the roots of your behaviors, you can start healing and living in a way that feels true to you. This group will be covering things like empathy, perspective taking, conflict resolution, assertiveness, being yourself in social situations, etc.

A Group Based on the Book: How to Keep House While Drowning by KC Davis
This group is could be a good fit for people who are burned out, depressed, neurodivergent, chronically ill/disabled, or otherwise overwhelmed by daily life. We will experiment with new strategies and support each other as we work through the core ideas in this book: applying self-compassion and harm reduction to many tasks involved in care of ourselves and others.

Therapeutic Writing Group
Do you have stories you like to tell but struggle getting started? Do you reflexively self-edit, or tell yourself that you aren’t good enough when writing? Does writing feel lonely, and would you like to get some feedback on your ideas? With gentle guidance and encouragement, this group will help you get your thoughts flowing onto a page so you can build self-awareness through the lens of narrative therapy. You will be encouraged to self-reflect on the writing process and themes that arise for you and others.
