Outpatient Psychotherapist in West Raleigh

Works with ages 12-60

Hello! My name is Tori (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and Outpatient Psychotherapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness. I see clients in West Raleigh and via Telehealth. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University, Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University (now known as Troy University), and Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

I focus on creating a safe space for clients to explore, share, change, and grow by creating a nonjudgmental, collaborative, and compassionate approach to the therapeutic process. My approach is individualized and holistic. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Strengths-Based Therapy in sessions to treat a variety of symptoms and clinical issues. My goal is to support and empower each client to grow their strengths, build new skills, and discover new information about themselves. I am passionate about helping clients to achieve their goals, help them to navigate complex life situations, and create sustainable change. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and am passionate about working teens ages 12-18, and individuals who are working to overcome addiction. I also work with young adults ages (18-24), and adults
(24-60).

In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with rescue animals, spending time with friends, watching sports, and spending time at home with my dog.
