Utilizing an interpersonal process framework, Anna draws from various evidenced- based treatment models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Seeking Safety. In addition, she incorporates mindfulness practice and interventions, as
appropriate.

A NC native with Texas roots, Anna enjoys spending time with her spouse, adult son, and two dogs, Skylar and Pibbs. Her favorite pastime involves watching and listening to the waves and the many sounds at the beach.
