Beth will help you learn and cope with intense emotions, grief, difficult mood symptoms, and ineffective behaviors through warmth, acceptance, and gentle nudging towards change & empowerment. She also believes that learning to regulate emotions and thoughts which cause suffering is the key to making lasting change. Teaching mindfulness practice is an important part of treatment, helping you learn how to be aware of the way we treat ourselves, others, and also how we connect to the world.
Beth believes all people can change. All people can learn to understand and regulate difficult emotions and behaviors. ALL people can recover from their symptoms. She will seek to understand your individual experience and work with you, at your pace, to achieve the acceptance, balance, and change that your system is craving.
