Christine also serves as Director of Sites, supporting the Site Supervisors and all office locations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology & Sociology, and her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Christine’s approach to therapy focuses on meeting each individual where they are and engaging them in working to better understand the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She believes that through gaining a better understanding of these connections, individuals are able to work towards living a more meaningful and balanced life.

Christine has completed extensive training in several Evidence Based Treatments including Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch Up (ABC), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and The Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). She believes in creating a warm, inviting, and open environment- free from judgement- in order to allow individuals to fully collaborate and achieve their therapy goals. Christine works to ensure that each individual feels safe, supported, understood, and validated.

Christine is passionate about working with young children and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life & family transitions, parenting stress, attachment issues, and struggles with self-esteem, self-confidence and emotional regulation. She is especially passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly children birth to age 5 & adults.

In her free time, Christine enjoys reading, traveling, powerlifting, drinking coffee, snuggling with her dog, and having adventures with her husband and daughter.
