Jillian Stegemann (she/her), LCMHCA

Outpatient Psychotherapist in East Raleigh

Works with ages 4-30

Hello! My name is Jillian, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (A20283) serving as an Outpatient Psychotherapist here at Three Oaks! I attended Wingate University for my undergraduate degree where I obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. This led to attending graduate school at Liberty University for a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 4-30) on life transitions, emotion regulation, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, divorce reaction, and managing anxiety and depression.

My work focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance by meeting you where you are and creating a space that cultivates openness and safety. My goal in the therapeutic space is to empower my clients through a person-centered approach alongside empathy and compassion. I use a variety of therapeutic styles including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, as well as Play therapy modalities to support clients in developing coping strategies and achieving their therapeutic goals.

In my spare time, I love to go on walks, bowling, watching Netflix, and spending time with my family. I love all things dogs, music, and pop culture!

I can’t wait to meet you!
