Katie Lassiter is an Executive Operations Manager at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness. Her role on the Operations Team encompasses supporting the clinical providers and serving as an administrative resource. As Three Oaks' in-house referrals coordinator, Katie's focus is on creating a positive experience for each referral & client welcomed into the practice. From a referral's first communication with us, through their continued therapeutic sessions as an established client, she prioritizes client satisfaction.

Katie has her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's in Special Education from George Mason University. She was a special education teacher for 7 years and still carries this passion with her through tutoring.

Katie loves spending time with her husband and being active outdoors, especially when it involves spoiling their Great Dane, Paisley. She has a passion for traveling and experiencing different cultures—especially through their food! As the owner of her own baking business, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes and showing her creativity through custom-designed cookies.
